Stoney Lane

The Stoney Lane development is a testament to an intelligent local plan briefing (requiring a 2-bed house to be provided for each 4-bed house, ensuring a rich mix on each site) a client who wanted to build to a standard befitting the city (Winchester) and a design freedom that we used to its full potential.  The site was previously a little used garden to one house. We achieved planning permission for 10 houses (single and two storey), whilst granting the site an instant maturity by retaining a small group of trees and greenspace in the site's centre.
