The site of this development is allocated solely within the Neighbourhood Plan. We were commissioned to develop a mixed use scheme, aligning with the local community's priorities. It reflects a shared commitment to responsible and community driven development.
The final mix was: a business hub; 7 affordable houses of mixed tenure (1, 2 and 3-bedroom); 10 market sale houses (2, 3 and 4-bedroom); open space with visitor parking; a shared surface road integrated with the village network.
